Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect basic details such as your name, email address, and authentication credentials, so we can identify you and secure your account.
Uploaded Videos
We store the video files you upload so that Vedzovi can process them and generate highlight clips, thumbnails, captions, and exports on your behalf. Uploaded videos remain associated with your account and are not shared with other users.
AI Video Processing
To detect highlight moments, Vedzovi analyzes video frames, audio, and scene content using automated AI models (including transcription, computer vision, and scoring). This processing happens to generate your clips and is not used to build a profile of you beyond your own account.
Payment Metadata
When you subscribe to a paid plan, we receive payment metadata such as transaction ID, payment status, plan selected, and amount charged. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Vedzovi never stores your:
- Card Number
- CVV
- UPI PIN
- Net Banking credentials
This sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay under its own security and compliance standards.
Cookies
Vedzovi may use cookies or local browser storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
Analytics
We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how Vedzovi is used (such as page views and feature usage) so we can improve the product. Analytics data is aggregated and is not sold to third parties.
